There’s something truly magical about the energy that Generators carry. It’s consistent, powerful, and designed to build and sustain the things that matter most. Who Lifts You Up?
Ask yourself, When I'm with this person, do I feel energized or drained afterward? Notice how your body feels during and after interactions with others. If you leave a conversation feeling lit up, inspired, or even more present in your own energy, this is a sign that the relationship is supportive. These are the relationships that allow your sacral energy to expand.

Who Drains You?
On the flip side, it’s important to recognize when someone is consistently draining your energy. Ask yourself, Do I feel heavy, tired, or disconnected after spending time with them? Your body will often tell you what your mind tries to overlook. If you’re experiencing frustration or a dip in your energy levels when you’re with someone, your sacral might be signaling that this relationship needs a shift.

What Feels Like a “Yes”?
One of the most powerful tools in your Generator toolbox is the sacral “yes” or “no” response. You can tap into this by tuning in to your body's natural reaction. Is your sacral saying "yes" when you’re around someone, meaning you feel open and expansive? Or is it a "no," where you feel resistant, heavy, or closed off?
To practice, ask yourself yes or no questions about your relationships, such as:

• Do I feel uplifted after spending time with them?
• Is this relationship in alignment with where I want to go?

Rest When Needed: Generators can be incredibly active and productive, but don’t forget to recharge. When you’re aligned with relationships that energize you, rest comes naturally. Take time to rest and recover after draining interactions so that you can come back to your work and passions feeling refreshed.
